The Privacy Policy is designed to explain how Taurus Private Limited ("we", "Taurus") deals with the User’s personal information when the User uses any Taurus game or service. We are committed to protecting User’s privacy. We will never sell or otherwise pass on the User’s privacy information to a third party without the User’s consent except when it is required to provide the User with the service the User is using. Taurus is required to use the personal data of all the Users by the applicable laws of the land where the games are being played by the Users.

What We Collect

When the User uses any Taurus game or service, the User is authorizing Taurus to access certain information of the User. The information we collect is to provide and improve our services and to fulfill User’s requirements. In each case, we will collect, store, and use the information User has provided according to this Privacy Policy. This includes:

• User’s name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information the User has set to public on the User’s Facebook.
• Information accessed through social network accounts such as Facebook or Apple, including User’s name, address, phone number, and any details provided via the SNS API.
• Registration data, email address, and any other profile information provided directly to Taurus.
• Device and carrier information such as MAC Address, IP Address, geo-location, telephone number, and account information associated with the device.
• Billing and payment information necessary to process charges for in-game purchases (excluding credit card storage).
• Technical information such as cookies, IP addresses, device types, browser types, and analytics data.

How We Use the Information We Collect

Only Taurus has the right to the information. We will never sell or otherwise pass on the User’s privacy information to a third party without the User’s consent. We may use the information to:

• Notify the User of important announcements regarding software developments, upgrades, and special offers.
• Solicit feedback and input to improve services.
• Provide application/software support.
• Analyze user behavior in a non-identifiable form to improve services.

Controlling User Personal Information

The User can terminate their account at any time, which will remove the User’s profile and other personal information from view. Some information may be necessary for providing services and support, and its removal may limit service availability.

Exceptions to Restriction in Disclosure of Information

Taurus may disclose Information or Account Information under legal obligations or reasonable belief that it is necessary for lawful purposes. Taurus is not required to notify Users of such disclosures.

Grant of a License to Use the Service

Subject to compliance with the terms of service, Taurus grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive limited license to access and use services for non-commercial purposes. Users acknowledge that:

• Virtual items, including chips, have no real monetary value and are not transferable.
• Chips purchased or earned cannot be refunded.
• Malfunctions or server issues may result in the loss of chips, for which Taurus is not liable.

Rules and Restrictions

Users must follow the terms of service to avoid account suspension or termination. Restrictions include:

• No usage of the service by individuals under 13 years old.
• No illegal activities, spamming, or harassment.
• No unauthorized purchases or transfers of chips or accounts.
• No reverse engineering or modification of Taurus games or software.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the countries where the games are played. Disputes will be settled by arbitration at the location of Taurus’s registered office, subject to applicable laws.
