Intellectual Property Rights:

Teen Patti Gold/Jhandi Munda King respects intellectual property rights and does not infringe any copyrights.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, you may report alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through the sites by submitting a Notice of Alleged Infringement to IG’s registered address. Upon receiving the Notice, Taurus will take appropriate action, including removing the challenged material from the sites.

Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)

1. Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, provide a representative list of the works.
2. Identify the material you claim is infringing or subject to infringing activity, and provide sufficient information to help us locate it, including the URL of the material on the site(s).
3. Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include the following statements in your Notice:
   • “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
   • “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
6. Deliver the completed Notice to IG’s registered address.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities:

Taurus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, related to or resulting from your use of the services, even if Taurus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Taurus is not responsible for damages or losses arising out of:

• Your use of or reliance on the services or your inability to access or use the services.
• Any transaction or relationship between you and any third-party provider, even if Taurus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Taurus is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Third-party service providers may not be professionally licensed or permitted. In no event shall Taurus’s total liability exceed ₹500.

The limitations and disclaimer do not alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of reliability, timeliness, or quality.

Third-Party Services and Content:

The services may include third-party content or services (including advertisements) that Taurus/Jhandi Munda King does not control. Different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to such third-party services. Taurus/Jhandi Munda King does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content or services.

Apple Inc., Google Inc., and their subsidiaries may act as third-party beneficiaries if you access the services through Apple iOS or Android devices. These beneficiaries are not responsible for providing or supporting the services.
